Tom Hoyt's Community Involvement

A Legacy of Service

“My father taught me the importance of giving back and reinvesting in the community. The friendships and relationships developed by participating in public service projects have been rewarding. My team and I want to continue supporting the community in which we live.”
 -Tom Hoyt

Justice is a right, not a privilege.

Legal aid provides free civil legal services to low-income and senior Oregonians and uses its limited resources to serve only the most critical legal needs—food, shelter, basic medical care, and physical safety.

Legal aid services in Oregon are available in all 36 Oregon counties via legal aid offices in 18 communities. These programs are funded through a unique federal, state, and private partnership that includes over 80 sources of revenue (see below).

Without help from donors like you, low-income and senior Oregonians have no meaningful access to our legal system, and “justice for all” is an empty promise. Thank you for your support!
